Since December 2013, UNICEF-Indonesia has used prototypes of the Adolescent Kit for Expression and Innovation to catalyze a small-scale programme for adolescent girls and boys in low-income and chronically disaster-affected communities ("kampungs") in Jakarta. UNICEF-Indonesia's Innovation Lab joined the collaboration to introduce activities and processes for adolescents to design solutions to the challenges they and others in their communities face as a result of floods and other crises. We're proud to report the result of this collaboration is the implementation of a new innovative programme called the "Adolescent Circle Initiative".
